Samsung Galaxy Beam is an only smart phone with projector available in the market. Samsung Galaxy Beam has an high definition projection up to width of 50 inch, with ultra bright projector. Samsung Galaxy Beam has a huge 4 inch screen with super AMOLED display screen and a heavy 2000 mAh Li-Ion Battery.

But the major draw-back of  Samsung Galaxy Beam is it is heavy in weight and does not consist a good camera. And according to its features it has an ver slow running processor of just 1GHz. Though the ultra-bright projector with an HD projection, has covered all its weakness.

Samsung Galaxy Beam costs around 29,000 -30,000 INR in India.

Design:

Samsung Galaxy Beam is the first projector smart-phone in the world. Samsung Galaxy Beam dimensions are 124mm in height, 64mm in width and 12mm in thickness. Samsung Galaxy Beam is 145 grams heavy and has an 4-inch display screen. Samsung Galaxy Beam is heavy and thick which gives it a real good hold. However, with its heavy thickness the Samsung Galaxy Beam has an quite youthful design.

Samsung Galaxy Beam is constructed in plastic material, which totally do not worth its price. Samsung Galaxy Beam’s top has a 12.5mm thick projector lens and at the lest has volume +/- keys. Samsung Galaxy Beam’s right it has an power/lock key along with the projector dedicated key, at the bottom of Samsung Galaxy Beam it has space for charging and USB connections.

Samsung Galaxy Beam has an in-built DLP (digital light projector) with HD ultra bright light, which is an major feature of Samsung Galaxy Beam. The projector gives you full freedom to share any phone content with your friends, family and colleagues.

When projected from 2 meters away it gives the actual HD display with the maximum size of 50-inch wide. The projector supports OHP (over head projector and Ambience mode. Both of this modes helps user to improve their mood by projecting images and videos captured by themselves.

Memory:

Samsung Galaxy Beam offers in-built 8GB of memory space and even you can also add 32Gb extra memory from micro SD card. Along to its competitors it has edge, due to reason it adds 32GB memory to its in-built 8GB memory space.

Battery:

Its surely that Samsung Galaxy Beam will require a huge batter to play images and videos through the DPL (Digital Light  Projector). So, to get more power it comes with an 2000mAh Li-Ion battery.

This huge battery gives you a stand-by back-up to 710 hours in both 3G and 2G. And the talk-time back-up Samsung Galaxy Beam offers is approx 18 hours on 2G and near-by 9 hours on 3G.

Overall:

Samsung Galaxy Beam is well known about its heavy and powerful projector. Samsung Galaxy Beam’s performance is good. Samsung Galaxy Beam can be used by the professionals to represent their presentations, for the general user it would not be the total worth.

Apart from that, the features in Samsung Galaxy Beam can be found in may other smart-phones at around half-the-price of Samsung Galaxy Beam. But the battery life and the over performance of Samsung Galaxy Beam is brilliant.
