The Micromax Canvas A77 Juice is a robustly built phone, rounded rectangular in shape. It is powered by Android OS and is of the dimensions 150.5 x 76.2 x 10.2 measured in mm. Weighing a 100.5 grams, the Juice in is only available in white.

The device is equipped with a TFT touch screen supporting 16 M colours. The screen size is 5 inches with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and exhibits multi touch sensitivity.

Comprising of a powerful dual-core 1.3 GHz processor, the dual SIM, A77 Canvas has 1 GB RAM and an inbuilt storage of 4 GB expandable up to 32 GB with microSD memory slot.
The battery is claimed to be “Juicy” with a long lasting battery capacity of 3000 mAh, a standby up to 282 hours and a 10 hour long talk time.
Software
The Canvas Juice runs on the Android v 4.2.2 (Jellybean) and facilitates GPRS, EDGE, and wireless LAN along with creating Wi-Fi hotspots. Furthermore the phablet is supportive of a HTML browser and is Java enabled via Java MIDP emulator.
Camera & Connectivity
Now when it comes to the camera, this phone truly holds assets sporting a 5 MP rear camera of 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution, auto-focus, LED flash and 0.3 MP front camera.
Coming to the connectivity the A77 Juice is built with a microUSB v2.0 and supports Bluetooth of version 3.0 with A2DP.
Competition and Conclusion
The Micromax Canvas A77 Juice is available at a price of Rs 7,999. At this range, the primary rivals that stands strong is the Nokia Lumia 520. The Lumia 520 is certainly a phone worth the price from all the user experience and comes with features of its own to mark its flagship. But the Lumia falls behind particularly in terms of camera since it offers buyers only a rear camera within same price range.
Though the advantages a Lumia enjoys are its brand name, the windows interface, and a few apps of its own. Yet at the same time one can say the Micromax Canvas Juice has advantages of its own such as being equipped with a more powerful processor, a larger display and both front and rear camera and of course its juicy battery.
Undoubtedly as it is, the makers saw it fit as a juicy phablet as much as we do as to performance in a budget.
