Naaptol is one of the worst Online Shopping Site I ever seen in my life. They claim to be an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company with 14 days product delivery, but truth is they will cancel your order on 10th day if price of your product will go higher.
My Encounter with Worst online shopping site – Naaptol
I ordered a Sony Xperia M mobile phone (ORDER NO 7061463) on 1st of September 2013. Today on 10th September I have received a mail saying the product is gone out of stock. I don’t understand how Product goes out of stock after 10 days of taking order. If you do not have product in stock then display the same thing on your website, but take a look and you can see the product is still in the stock.
From 6th Sept I was calling them everyday to confirm they are sending me a product or not, one of Sr supervisor name is Ankit Guha. Each day they were telling me that there is a problem with Courier guys they have already shipped a product but cause of technical glitch your product will be get delivered late by 2 days but will be with you.
Now today after talking with another Sr. supervisor, he told me that buy another product as your product is not in the stock. Wow, so if you order something online and they can’t deliver you, they suggest you to buy another product 😛
If I Login to their website, I can see that the product still is in stock. I think the phone prices gone higher by 1500-2000 INR in these days and that’s why Naaptol cancelled my order. This is really annoying and if you are making a commitment to the customer before 10 days and now you are saying that the product is not with them.
I tried to write a negative feedback on their website but they’re also hiding negative feedback’s about products. If you’ve any negative feedback they will never allow you to post your review on Naaptol Site.
What kind of e-store/ online shopping site they are running? I am highly disappointed with their services and will not buy anything from Naaptol website in the future. Worst online shopping site with inferior products with false commitments and very poor delivery services.
I suggest everyone do not buy anything from NAAPTOL AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD. THEY WILL NOT CARE FOR THE DELIVERY.
