If you have downloaded some videos from the sites like Youtube and if the file extension of those videos are .flv then now you don’t need to particular media player to play .flv video. You can now play .flv video in your default windows media player with the help of PlayFLV Windows Media Player Plugin.

As we all know by default Windows Media Player does not support .flv file format. However, by using a plugin called PlayFLV, we can play .flv files on WMP.
