Angry Birds is one of the most popular paid game available for almost all the major smartphone platforms including iPhone, Android and Nokia phones as well as versions for PSP/PlayStation 3 and PC for quite some time now. According to reports, Rovio, the makers of Angry Birds, announced that the game would be coming to the most popular social network – Facebook through their official Facebook page.
According to The Next Web, which says it spoke with Rovio’s Peter Vesterbecka, and he said that angry birds will be expected to launch on facebook in May 2011.
This new Facebook edition will be slim, other than it would have “completely new aspects to it that just haven’t been experienced in any other platform,” according to Rovio CEO Mikael Hed.
